About the role
- This advanced training professional designs, develops, produces and modifies learning/training programs
- to include instructor led training, web-based training, and performance support for employee and/or customer training programs. This position also leads other team members as necessary. This position is responsible to apply knowledge of sound adult learning principles and practices gained in obtaining a bachelor's degree in the subject area, or by the equivalent practical experience and additional practical experience. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Leads instructional design projects from inception to completion
