About the role

  • Venturi Astrolab, Inc. (Astrolab) is pioneering new ways to explore and operate on distant planetary bodies.
  • You will work closely with the Systems Engineering and Integration (SEI) team as well as hardware responsible engineers (REs).
  • This internship opportunity will begin in spring or summer 2026 and will last between 3 to 6 months. *Employment in this role is contingent on Astrolab being selected as a winner of NASA's LTVS program.*

  • As an intern with the Lunar Terrain Vehicle Services (LTVS) team working on providing rover services to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), you will play a key role in developing the systems engineering products and plans for the program.
  • Your responsibilities will include developing Verification and Validation (V&V) plans for LTV subsystems, developing infrastructure and processes for Astrolab's requirements and verification tracking systems, and supporting the Human Systems Integration team in their products.
  • You will report to the Astrolab LTVS Certification Lead.
