About the role

  • This position will serve as receptionist for the office.
  • Answer routine questions about all programs and procedures.
  • Oversee and train student workers on front desk tasks and semester projects.

Responsibilities

  • The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for providing administrative support to programs within Undergraduate Studies, including, Student Success Office, Pre-Transfer Advising and Pre-Law Advising.
  • Manage and maintain the office by monitoring supplies and reporting technical problems.
  • Manage reconciliation of the three financial accounts.
  • Maintain proper financial records pertaining to the office expenses.
  • Create, process, and follow-up on travel expense reports, purchase orders, and budgeted purchase items.

  • General knowledge of and skill in the practical application of generally accepted office practices and procedures.

  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple and continuing assignments with general instructions.

  • $46,736.00 - $56,083.00
