Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience supporting Workday or another enterprise application system
- Working knowledge of HR practices required
- Experience in Configurable Security, Custom Report writing, and/or Data Audit required
- Data protection and privacy experience required
- Ability to work in group setting and independently
- ability to adjust to changing priorities
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field required
- PHR/SPHR Certification preferred
Skills
- This position will also be responsible for managing system updates and new feature releases as well as managing system security.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Recommending solutions or alternate methods for system issues
- Researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws
- Writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports utilizing available reporting tools.
- Assisting in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
- Developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation
- Making configuration changes to security and business processes as needed
- Continuously analyzing system applications and tools to ensure best practices.
- Assisting with the management of HRIS implementation, maintenance and enhancement
- Training HR users on new processes/functionality
- Acting as internal Workday security subject matter expert by providing consultative and functional assistance
