Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience supporting Workday or another enterprise application system
  • Working knowledge of HR practices required
  • Experience in Configurable Security, Custom Report writing, and/or Data Audit required
  • Data protection and privacy experience required
  • Ability to work in group setting and independently
  • ability to adjust to changing priorities

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field required
  • PHR/SPHR Certification preferred

Skills

  • This position will also be responsible for managing system updates and new feature releases as well as managing system security.
  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Recommending solutions or alternate methods for system issues
  • Researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws
  • Writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports utilizing available reporting tools.
  • Assisting in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
  • Developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation
  • Making configuration changes to security and business processes as needed
  • Continuously analyzing system applications and tools to ensure best practices.
  • Assisting with the management of HRIS implementation, maintenance and enhancement
  • Training HR users on new processes/functionality
  • Acting as internal Workday security subject matter expert by providing consultative and functional assistance
