Our partner is looking for a Coordinator II, Meeting Coordination based in the United States.
This role supports the coordination of clinical research review activities by ensuring accurate preparation, organization, and execution of review meetings.
Working remotely, this position collaborates with board members, internal teams, and clinical research stakeholders to facilitate efficient workflows.
The role combines administrative coordination, regulatory knowledge, document review, and quality control responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical research, regulatory review, or institutional review board (IRB) operations, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
1+ year of IRB or clinical research experience with a bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of IRB or clinical research experience with an associate degree.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration platforms, virtual meeting tools, and web-based software applications.
Apply required negotiated language and incorporate feedback from board members, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge of regulations and guidelines related to human subject research protection preferred.

Competitive salary range of $54,029–$89,158 depending on location, skills, and experience.
