Responsibilities
- Actively participating in Cologix's efforts to maintain and improve information security and environmental performance.
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and vendors to drive execution without direct authority
- Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
- The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") creates privacy rights relating to the collection, sale, disclosure, and deletion of consumers' personal information.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities operations, or similar roles
- Experience working in environments with preventive maintenance programs or CMMS platforms
- Strong coordination experience with vendors, technical teams, and operational stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities, operations, or related field preferred
- Strong computer skills, including scheduling tools, spreadsheets, documentation systems, and email
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and operate with urgency
- Experience in data centers, critical facilities, or other high-availability environments preferred
Nice to have
- Experience in maintenance coordination, facilities operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced operational environment
- Able to stay organized while adapting quickly to changing site conditions and operational needs
- Strong attention to detail in documentation, tracking, and follow-through
- Willing to stay engaged with daily operations rather than working purely behind a desk
- Balances structure with flexibility in a live, changing environment
- Holds a high bar for accountability, completion, and accuracy
- Communicates clearly and pushes issues forward rather than letting them stall
- Maintenance is completed on time and aligned with real operational conditions

- About the Position We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Maintenance Coordinator to manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and tracking of preventive and recurring maintenance activities across a mission-critical data center environment.
- You will work closely with Infrastructure teams, vendors, and Operations leadership to ensure maintenance is planned correctly, executed on time, and aligned with real site conditions.
- You will own the maintenance schedule, coordinate resources, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- While this role requires strong documentation and audit discipline, it is fundamentally operational.
- Success in this role depends on the ability to stay close to the work, manage competing priorities, adapt to changing site conditions, and drive follow-through across multiple teams in a live environment.
- Drive maintenance execution in a mission-critical environment-through coordination, visibility, and follow-through.
