Responsibilities

  • Maintain industrial control systems.
  • Create and report repairs throughout the shift.
  • Drive your success at DrinkPAK, where we refresh, hydrate and nourish the world and our employees alike.
  • Performs troubleshooting and repair of facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as Chillers, Air Compressors, Reverse Osmosis systems, Boilers, other water filtration equipment, and general plant maintenance.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments.
  • Experience with the following technologies:
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Complete required work order paperwork and document parts and material usage.
  • Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required.

  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation, or other similar manufacturing-related specialization.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in a similar position; 4-6 years of experience preferred in a Field or similar manufacturing environment; 4-6 years of experience managing projects.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate degree preferred in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation, or other similar manufacturing-related specialization.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in a similar position
  • 4-6 years of experience preferred in a Field or similar manufacturing environment
  • 4-6 years of experience managing projects.
  • Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or canning industries preferred.

Skills

  • Rotary equipment such as rotary press or filler.
  • Thermodynamics, heat transfer, or plastics processing.
  • Krones or Techniblend equipment.
  • HVAC, including chillers and/or air compressors.
  • Demonstrates adaptability by reacting appropriately to unexpected changes in situations or circumstances.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Skilled in fabrication capabilities such as cutting and welding (mig, tig, or stick) preferred.
  • Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
  • Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a specific area of the plant or machine center.
  • Will need to utilize a personal toolbox and personal basic tools.
  • Safety, continuous improvement, and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • Base Hourly Compensation Range: $35 - $45
