Responsibilities
- Maintain industrial control systems.
- Create and report repairs throughout the shift.
- Drive your success at DrinkPAK, where we refresh, hydrate and nourish the world and our employees alike.
- Performs troubleshooting and repair of facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as Chillers, Air Compressors, Reverse Osmosis systems, Boilers, other water filtration equipment, and general plant maintenance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments.
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams.
- Complete required work order paperwork and document parts and material usage.
- Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required.

- High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation, or other similar manufacturing-related specialization.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in a similar position; 4-6 years of experience preferred in a Field or similar manufacturing environment; 4-6 years of experience managing projects.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma required
- Associate degree preferred in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation, or other similar manufacturing-related specialization.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in a similar position
- 4-6 years of experience preferred in a Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 4-6 years of experience managing projects.
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or canning industries preferred.
Skills
- Rotary equipment such as rotary press or filler.
- Thermodynamics, heat transfer, or plastics processing.
- Krones or Techniblend equipment.
- HVAC, including chillers and/or air compressors.
- Demonstrates adaptability by reacting appropriately to unexpected changes in situations or circumstances.
- Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Skilled in fabrication capabilities such as cutting and welding (mig, tig, or stick) preferred.
- Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
- Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a specific area of the plant or machine center.
- Will need to utilize a personal toolbox and personal basic tools.
- Safety, continuous improvement, and solutions-driven mindset.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required.
Compensation
- Base Hourly Compensation Range: $35 - $45
