About the role

  • Monitors, assesses and ensures high levels of productivity and delivery to achieve planned ROI.
  • Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract.
  • This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be coming into our Edgewood office 2 days a week and given the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Duties typically include support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings.

  • Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines

  • Impacts own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related; suggests improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team

  • PDM Analyst develops, implements and evaluates processes ensuring business goals and cost requirements are met.
  • Works with software and internet applications including performance issues, maintenance, system resources, and service and support internet sites.

Requirements

  • Off-hour engagement when required
  • Ability to identify risks, ask effective questions, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to provide functional guidance and subject matter expertise to team members.
  • Uses knowledge of how related teams impact achievement of objectives
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting post-sale fulfillment operations within the financial services industry, including regulatory document processing, document fulfillment, web presentment, client support, or related operational functions.
  • Understanding of regulatory document management and fulfillment processes supporting mutual funds, ETFs, ETNs, UITs, corporate bonds, municipal bonds, structured products, and other investment securities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, perform detailed analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and effectively communicate with clients, business partners, and technology teams.
  • Ability to understand, document, and explain end-to-end operational workflows and system dependencies.
  • Experience developing business requirements, process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training guides, and process maps, along with supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect identification, results validation, and coordination with technology teams.
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills with experience working across Operations, Product, Technology, Client Services, and other cross-functional teams.
