Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing partners to drive new revenue opportunities across SPT content and platforms
- Lead the development of customized partnership proposals, integrated marketing programs, and branded content opportunities for prospective partners
- Create compelling sales materials, pitch decks, and presentations that articulate the value of SPT and audience reach
- Support deal negotiations and help structure partnership opportunities that maximize value for both clients and SPT
- Manage branded partnership initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and integration requirements to ensure seamless execution and partner satisfaction
- Client & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, agencies, and key stakeholders to drive repeat business and long-term collaboration
- Lead client communications, status meetings, presentations, and post-campaign reviews
- Maintain visibility into deal flow, market opportunities, and partnership performance metrics
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, branded content, sponsorships, media sales, integrated marketing, advertising, entertainment partnerships, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment, streaming, digital media, and advertising ecosystem
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and CRM or pipeline management tools
- Ability to work across a diverse portfolio of premium content, franchises, and platforms
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field preferred

- Proactively source and evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with studio priorities, programming, and business objectives
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform partnership strategy and uncover new areas for growth
- Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining alignment across internal and external teams
- Track and report partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure a high level of client service and responsiveness throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Manage partnership pipeline reporting, forecasting, and revenue tracking
Compensation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute annual partnership and revenue-generation strategies
