Skills

  • Traction Rec'rs come from a variety of backgrounds, and we're eager to find people from diverse backgrounds. For this role, you might have:
  • Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and a front-end development framework, such as React
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
  • Proficient understanding of code version control tools
  • Familiarity with trunk based development and continuous delivery in cloud environments like AWS and Vercel a plus
  • Bonus points if you've automated processes with AI and used AI coding agents in your workflow to ship high quality code

Compensation

  • The starting salary band for this role is $70,000-$75,000.
  • Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and do not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
