About the role
- Company Description BlueScope Coated Products is one of the largest coil coating companies in the United States, with facilities across the country.
- This role is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of all maintenance and asset improvement activities at the Memphis Blue Scope Coated Product plant.
- This involves leading a team of mechanical technicians, electrical technicians to meet the operational needs of the business and addresses equipment risks appropriately.
Requirements
- Ten years of experience in industrial maintenance in a continuous operating environment
- To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some or all of the following
- Bachelor's degree in a mechanical or electrical technical discipline
- It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all job duties and responsibilities required of associates assigned to this job.
- Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
- Prior Maintenance Manager experience
- Project Management capabilities
