- HVAC Dispatcher Location: Weymouth, MA Love Having Weekdays Off?
- Work Friday-Monday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM and enjoy three weekdays off every week to run errands, schedule appointments, or simply avoid the weekend crowds.
- Are you organized, calm under pressure, and experienced in dispatching skilled trades?
Responsibilities
- Manage work orders and scheduling through ServiceTitan
- Maintain accurate customer and job information
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Boston Standard is looking for an experienced Dispatcher who can keep technicians productive, communicate effectively with customers, and help deliver a five-star service experience every day.
Requirements
- Experience dispatching in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry
- ServiceTitan experience is required
- Strong understanding of skilled trades scheduling and dispatch operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
