About the role

  • Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company.
  • The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous.
  • This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Frequently move between workstations, warehouse, and production areas to support team operations​
  • Perform workstation audits and inspections and follow-up on abnormalities
  • Perform complete preventative maintenance routines utilizing established checklists designed to return the equipment to the original state (training provided)
  • Perform first response troubleshooting and minor first line maintenance activities during line down situations.
  • Maintain personal training documentation/status including any on-the-job training
  • Employ various problem-solving techniques (5 Why, 8 D, Cause and Effect, and Fishbone Diagrams, etc.) to drive problems to permanent corrective action

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing shop floor environment​
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 lbs unassisted, and heavier items with assistance or material handling equipment ​
  • Ability to work in an environment with continuous background noise and sounds generated by production equipment and material handling processes​
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to read, write & speak English
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
