About the role

Responsibilities

- The role will primarily involve programming of HVAC and utilities plant sequences using building automation controllers and languages.
Nice to have
- Breakdown scope of work into manageable segments and communicate to Project Manager / Engineering Manager for scheduling.
- Creating and routing project programming specific "Request for Information" (RFI) documentation to Systems Engineer, Project Manager, and Engineering Manager.
- Following sequence of operations as required by project documents and develop engineered sequence of operations and commissioning documents, utilizing established standards.
- Startup and commissioning of large systems, such as AHUs, chiller plants, or other utilities systems.
- Includes installation/configuration of workstations, servers, and network.
- Software programming of HVAC/utilities sequence of operations, installation, and commissioning.
- Engineering degree from accredited college or university.
- Degree can be offset by minimum 2 years of industry experience.
Compensation
- DOE: $73,000-$100,000 USD yrly
