About the role
- This is a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment where many problems are not predefined.
- You will operate as a product leader with end-to-end ownership, shaping opportunities and driving 0→1 products and POCs from first idea to deployed solution.
- This role is based on the US East Coast.
Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions across speed, stability, and scope
- Mentor and develop your PMs, growing their product judgment and helping them operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production
- The hardest part of the job is finding the right one: the use case that delivers true business value, with a clear ROI and the success metrics you define up front.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments
- Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale

- Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel engagements
- Support your PMs in the day-to-day of running their solutions across different customers: help them prioritize, make trade-offs, and unblock them so product implementations and solutions push forward
