Responsibilities
- This position will oversee the design and development of enterprise forms (documents, letters, contracts and endorsements) to comply with state insurance requirements and support the auto and specialty business and client needs across all operating companies.
- Perform core administrative duties in support of the overall unit operations.
- Develops and prepares forms filings of new language for contracts, forms and endorsements by collaborating with all enterprise stakeholders.
- Creates system generated images/forms using specialized forms development software/systems.
- Create and maintain business rules and technical requirements.
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with other lines to identify product gaps and opportunities.
- Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
- This experience is held in person at our Madison, WI Headquarters or one of our AmFam core locations to help you connect with our mission, meet key team members and build relationships that support your growth.

Compensation
- $88,000.00 - $145,000.00

- Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
