About the role

Provide leadership, vision and strategic direction to the field organization to educate key stakeholders on patient identication, education and training for RevMed products.
Provides partnership to sales team and other field teams in key accounts.
Participates as a member of the commercial leadership team.

Leads cross-functional task forces to address key business issues and develop recommended solutions.
Networks with key contacts outside our own area of expertise.

MA/MS/BA/BS degree and 20 years of biopharma industry experience.
Cross functional commercial leadership experience.
Oncology product launch experience.
Ability to travel to meetings/training/programs, as necessary.
Experience in small to midsize biotech space.
Proven effectiveness in highly collaborative & cross-functional working environments.
Valid driver's license.
~50% travel required.
Experience in the GI and/or NSCLC oncology space.
Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD).
Strong organization, planning, project management, technical and analytical skills.

$252,000 - $315,000 USD
