About the role
- A registered/licensed healthcare professional with advanced knowledge and clinical expertise in the care of people with chronic disease and is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the entire Diabetes Program.
Responsibilities
- Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) required
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
- Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
