About the role

Analyze business trends to identify risks and opportunities.
In partnership with buying counterpart, plan and execute category promotion and markdown strategies aligned with business needs, gross margin goals, historical trends, and merchandising guidelines

You'll be responsible for developing and executing merchandise financial plans, forecasting sales, managing inventory levels, and supporting strategic business decisions across Footwear and Licensed categories.
You will partner closely with buying, visual, field / retail team, Global Planning, DC and Logistics to optimize product availability, maximize sales, and drive profitability.

10+ years of merchandise planning experience
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
experience with planning and forecasting tools
ability to motivate and inspire teams
