About the role
- You'll leverage everything from traditional graphics editing software to AI tools to produce and enhance creatives that represent Courtyard at the highest level.
- They have the ability to turn insights into concepts and concepts into deliverables that scale without compromising taste.
Responsibilities
- Ideate and execute graphic design creatives for product, paid user acquisition, brand marketing, web, e-mail, and social media to drive conversion, retention, and engagement
- Support marketing and product initiatives with highly-polished concepts for use in motion design (e.g. end slates, cinemagraphs, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, competitor output, and best practices in graphic design
- Opportunities to create amazing products that our customers truly love and value
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as an advanced graphic designer, ideally within mobile gaming, PC gaming, or a direct-to-consumer field
- Advanced experience with professional raster-based (Photoshop) and vector-based (Illustrator) design software
- Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing, and how graphic design impacts conversion rates and retention
