About the role
- In this role, you'd be joining the Information Technology team.
Responsibilities
- As our Helpdesk Technician supporting our AVP Warehouse, you'll be the go-to technical resource for our warehouse staff while also contributing to IT support across the broader organization.
- Beyond day-to-day support, you'll own the complete employee technology lifecycle, from configuring equipment and conducting onboarding sessions to managing offboarding and asset recovery.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys working directly with people, and takes pride in delivering reliable, hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.
