Clean Driver's Abstract
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs infrequently; ability to work at heights
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
Ability to maintain and trouble shoot equipment and vehicles, golf carts, tractor and implements.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $44,000 - $50,000.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual's skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
