Responsibilities

  • Lead Projects from Start to Finish Own all aspects of project management across multiple jobs-scope, budget, schedule, coordination, logistics, and closeout.
  • Collaborate Across Departments Work closely with engineering, production, and field teams to translate design intent into detailed plans and actionable steps.
  • Own the Client Relationship Serve as the key point of contact for clients, architects, and GCs-communicating progress, managing expectations, and solving issues proactively.
  • Drive Schedule & Procurement Develop and manage job schedules and procurement plans. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure materials, submittals, and approvals are on track.
  • Manage Risk & Change Orders Lead the RFI and change order processes. Identify scope gaps and coordinate resolutions efficiently to protect timeline and profitability.
  • Ensure Quality & Closeout Deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations. Lead closeout documentation and walk-throughs to wrap projects smoothly.
  • Drive Schedule & Procurement Develop and manage job schedules and procurement plans.
  • Manage Risk & Change Orders Lead the RFI and change order processes.
  • Ensure Quality & Closeout Deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in custom architectural millwork or specialty fabrication
  • Strong technical knowledge of millwork, materials, construction drawings, and fabrication processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), project management tools, and construction software
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
  • Occasional jobsite visits required
  • Must be comfortable working long periods in front of a computer
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to anticipate issues and drive proactive solutions

  • must wear PPE (steel-toed boots, eye protection, hearing protection, hard hat)
