About the role
- The Art Director will have responsibility for concepting and executing e-commerce imagery, while helping the Ann Taylor brand aesthetic come to life online.
- This position will work closely with the Creative Director to concept and present seasonal campaigns and work with all teams to execute all channels.
- Supervise online photo team including photographers, stylists, hair and makeup for product shoots
Responsibilities
- Manage concept, design, and execution of brand creative for PDP and e-commerce images
- Partner with Lead Stylist on all e-commerce photoshoots
- Supervise all pre-and post-production work for all imagery in coordination with Photo Editor; manage into tight deadlines
- Maintain and establish high creative standards
- Creatively supervise and manage daily workflow of design team
- Support for your individual development plus career mobility within our family of brands
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, collaborative, a conceptual thinker and be able to mentor and manage the design team.
- Experience with art direction
- Ability to troubleshoot and be solution-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Strong internal motivation, natural ambition, and ability to work quickly on high level projects

Compensation
- $110,000-$115,000
