Responsibilities

  • Experience acting as a technical lead, staff-level engineer, or informal team lead on complex projects.

  • What We're Looking For We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead who operates as an accountable technical owner at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and client outcomes.
  • In this role, you will own the technical success of one or more projects or workstreams, guiding architecture, implementation, and technical decision-making from early discovery through production delivery.
  • You will partner closely with client stakeholders, engineers, product partners, and delivery leads to make pragmatic tradeoffs, surface risks early, and ensure the team has the clarity needed to execute.
  • Through your technical expertise and judgment, you will build trusting relationships with key technical and non-technical client stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate brings strong system design judgment, business sense, and a bias toward ownership.

Requirements

  • You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, making architectural decisions under real-world constraints.
  • Ensure the team has clarity on the solution, component ownership, and technical expectations required for successful execution.

Skills

  • Final interviews will be conducted in person in Canada.
