About the role
- Barnhart Energy Company, a sister company of Barnhart Crane and Rigging, is looking for Site Safety Managers to join our team.
- Provide a new Team-Member's first impression of BEC during orientation training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Safety observations and coach personnel on safe work. ( one -community) Manage project risk to an acceptable level by ensuring project compliance to BEC's HSE Management System along with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Self-study to understand the work and manage the associated risk. ( true - Craftsmanship) Exhibit the BEC Culture in performing incident investigations, cause analysis, reporting, and implementing corrective/recurrence control actions.. ( high -Character) Perform other duties as assigned.
