In this role, you will work directly with customers, field service technicians, machine tool OEMs, third-party vendors, and our internal parts stocking company to research, quote, and process parts orders and warranty claims.
The Parts Coordinator plays an important role in helping customers and technicians quickly identify the right parts and keep service work moving.
