About the role
- We produce strap, stretch and protective packaging.
- We also manufacture packaging tools and equipment used to apply the bulk packaging materials.
Responsibilities
- In addition, this position will be expected to identify opportunities for additional leads and upselling a broad range of other service products.
- Maintain cases, workorders and workflow of the customers' request of service.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 year's experience working in customer service or dispatching.
- Experience scheduling service calls
- ERP system experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Skills
- These commercial packaging products are used to pack, bundle, unitize, protect, and secure goods during warehousing and transit.
Compensation
- The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.00 - $27.00 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location.
- Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
