About the role
- Sequencing.com is hiring a Genetic Health Coach to join our Customer Success team.
- You will sit with customers over video and turn their whole genome sequencing results into clear, personalized health insights they can actually use.
- You will report into Customer Success, and experienced coaches will train and mentor you as you grow your skill in reading the genome.
Responsibilities
- Build real trust and rapport with people from all backgrounds and levels of scientific knowledge.
- What you'll own Coach customers one on one over video every day, walking them through their whole genome sequencing results.
- Create a safe space where customers feel free to ask any question.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Genetic Counseling, or a PhD in genetics, genomics, or a closely related life sciences field.
- Comfort with ambiguity and confidence explaining the limits of genetic information.
