Responsibilities

  • This field-based position establishes and maintains ongoing communication with Physician offices, specialty clinics, hospitals, and other relevant partners
  • Additionally, he/she educates through the utilization of branded materials, tracks leads through the CRM, ensures proper follow-up, and represents the UVC brand in a positive and professional manner.
  • Develops and expands referral base to grow designated UVVC clinic business.
  • Maintains image of UVVC in the target community as cutting-edge experts on the treatment of vein disease.
  • Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their office staff, including routine or follow-up visits in person, or through emails and phone calls.
  • This field-based position establishes and maintains ongoing communication with Physician offices, specialty clinics, hospitals, and other relevant partners; keeping these key collaborators updated throughout the patient lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of business development experience.
  • Must possess a proven ability to communicate with and positively persuade others.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently meet with internal physicians to discuss market strategy.
  • Ability to independently meet with external physicians to educate on UVVC service lines.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able and willing to travel on a regular basis within assigned market.
  • 1-3 years' experience in healthcare sales and/or marketing.
  • Proven and verifiable track record of success in healthcare referral marketing, pharmaceutical sales, device sales, or physician marketing.
  • Established in the market.
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Proficient in medical terminology and acumen.
  • Possess strong business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
  • Results driven.

Compensation

  • $82K-$152K total compensation - based on experience and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.
