About the role
- The Production Department Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of its department consisting of cost, profit and production goals.
- It is responsible for the training and development of its employees.
Responsibilities
- May drive a forklift to assist moving material to and from the production area.
Requirements
- Post high school education is required.
- Basic knowledge on lumber math, lumber grades, and species.
- Preferred understanding of company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Successfully complete Forklift Driver licensing process
