About the role
- As a Data Governance Analyst at Altium, you'll be a key player on a team dedicated to continuous improvement and enhancement of our Salesforce platform.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, you should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and explaining complex technical concepts in a clear, relatable way.
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing data cleansing, deduplication, and normalization within Salesforce (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Tasks, etc)
- Monitor user adoption and drive improvements through training, enablement, and platform enhancements

Skills
- Data Governance, Change Management, & Data Policies
- Conduct regular data audits and recommend improvements to the overall structures and data model
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- New user and ongoing user training
- Create and maintain Salesforce technical documentation
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features, connected apps and, apex
- Work with integrated applications including Ringlead, NetSuite, DocuSign, Boomi and more
Compensation
- $100k-$120k
