Responsibilities
- Full-time shop role at Oltre Castings & Design supporting our GFRC production line. Responsibilities include mixing, pouring, demolding, general shop duties, and keeping the job site clean and organized. Day-to-Day

- Oltre Castings & Design manufactures premium cast stone fireplace surrounds and custom architectural concrete for luxury homes across the country.

Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to differentiate colors (cannot be color blind)
Nice to have
- Hands-on work experience - construction, manufacturing, production shop, masonry, or similar - strongly preferred.
- Experienced applicants get priority.
- This isn't an entry-level "first job" role.
- We're growing a skilled shop, and experienced hands move to the top of the pile.

Compensation
- $18k-$24k
