About the role

Student Travel & Transportation Coordination
Coordinate all local, regional, and domestic transportation for student activities and field trips.
Communicate with transportation vendors and confirm schedules, rosters, and logistical details.

Campus Ministry & Service Program Support
Provide administrative support to the Director of Campus Ministry, including preparation of materials, communications, and scheduling for retreats and liturgical events.
Coordinate FMX reservations and event space scheduling in support of Campus Ministry programs.
Diversity & Community Engagement Support
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Diversity & Community Engagement Office.
Support mentoring programs and other initiatives promoting inclusion and belonging.
McLeod Innovation Center Support

Comfort with logistics, scheduling, and event coordination.
Prep - Staff Performs such other duties, responsibilities, and activities as required by supervisor and as departmental/University needs indicate.
