Manage a manageable daily caseload of 6-7 patients to ensure high-quality clinical care.
Collaborate closely with a team of three prescribers at the site for coordinated, comprehensive treatment.
Deliver Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services in alignment with evidence-based guidelines.
Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation using EclinicalWorks EMR.

Experience working with addiction, substance use disorders, or MAT patient populations.
Comfort working in an outpatient setting with adult patients only.
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Minimum 1 year of PMHNP experience required; 2+ years strongly preferred.

$145,000 to $150,000 + 1199 Union Benefits + Monday-Friday schedule + no weekends/on-call
Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
Proficiency with electronic medical records; experience with EclinicalWorks a plus.
