Responsibilities

  • Build the internal tools and automations that make support fast, accurate, and scalable
  • Ship AI-assisted support workflows that deflect, triage, and resolve issues faster
  • Turn recurring support pain into engineering solutions the whole team relies on
  • Work close to real developer problems and close the loop between support and product
  • You're a strong full-stack engineer who likes building tools other people depend on
  • Someone who sees support tooling as beneath "real" engineering
  • You'll build the systems that let Firecrawl's support scale faster than its headcount.
  • As thousands of developers build on us, the way we support them has to get smarter, not just bigger.

Compensation

  • $205,000-$250,000/year (Range shown is for U.S.-based employees in San Francisco, CA. Compensation outside the U.S. is adjusted fairly based on your country's cost of living.)
