About the role

- Discovering user problems and needs by interviewing users on construction sites, participating in sales meetings, and listening to customer success.
- Communicating the value of what you built to sales, marketing, customer success, and customers themselves.
Responsibilities
- You'll directly own executing fast cycles of:
- Narrowing in on solutions with the product design and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ Years product management experience with 2+ years building products for enterprise
- Track record of influencing others with clear verbal communication and driving predictable outcomes with detailed documentation or AI prototyping
- Experience interviewing users and leading customer discovery
- Experience building tools for scalable internal ops processes
- System-thinking across processes and data that are complex and ambiguous
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and end-to-end ownership from concept to post-launch
- Excellence in deciding when to be scrappy vs. when to build for resilience and scale.
- Hunger for using data to inform better decisions, and capablbility to making decisions when data isn't available
- Bonus: Experience in construction or experience building products for industries with adjacent challenges such as logistics, manufacturing, medical/biotech, gaming, IoT, or other industries that interact with real or virtual worlds.
- Bonus: Startup experience, especially if you were a founder.
