About the role

  • Job Description RBC Dominion Securities is Canada's leading full-service investment and wealth management firm and is backed by Canada's leading financial institution.
  • The successful candidate will help shape the execution of our investment management and asset allocation strategies.
  • This person will be a key member of the AWP team and will report directly to the heads of AWP's Investment Research and Asset Allocation, respectively.

Requirements

  • University Degree in a related field (Economics and/or Business)
  • 3-5 years' experience in asset allocation or investment strategy within the investment management industry
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong understanding of portfolio theory and asset allocation models
  • Perform ad-hoc deep analysis on specific asset classes, as required.

Nice to have

  • CFP Designation (Certified Financial Planner)
  • Experience with capital market assumptions, scenario analysis and portfolio optimization tools

Compensation

  • The expected pay range for this position is:
  • $38,000.00- $60,000.00
  • This position includes competitive-based pay, and the overall earning potential is impacted by a variable incentive structure, earning a multiple of salary up to:
