About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering to shape technical solutions and tradeoffs
- Lead Agile delivery from concept to production
- Deliver AI-powered features (e.g., copilots, workflows, automation systems)
- Drive client engagement, pilots, and adoption
- Product leader who enjoys building with engineers
- Own products end-to-end-from idea to adoption
- Build and deploy real systems in real environments
- Help shape how West Monroe delivers AI-enabled solutions at scale
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, consulting, or related roles
- Experience delivering software products in client environments
- Strong experience with Agile delivery and engineering collaboration
- Ability to engage on architecture and technical tradeoffs
- Experience with AI/LLMs in products (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and SDLC tooling
- Experience with workflow automation, data platforms, or operational systems
- Track record of driving adoption and measurable outcomes

- Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below).
