Responsibilities
- Implement or direct implementation of changes, corrections or new programs related to the financial operation of the organizations
- Support the processes, at the direction of the Director FP&A, related to coordination of business plans and forecasts, budgetary comparisons, profit analyses, operations reviews, capital appropriation requests, and other financially related documents
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Supports corporate financial activities as financial expert responsible for supporting FP&A, preparation of corporate financial presentations and divisional support as directed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or other related business field required
- Experience in application of forecasting and analysis techniques
- Must have demonstrated the ability to analyze information to produce insight that aids in the controlling of actual results versus budgets, forecasts etc.
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Must be able to ensure accurate and timely results and work independently
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively and professionally
- Strong Excel and Power Point specifically, and all other Office products, and strong system skills required
