About the role

  • Launched in September 202 5, our location in Brookfield, WI, is already home to top local talent in behavioral health care.
  • Our Family Therapists play a key role in our multi-disciplinary teams and work to ensure synergy across treatment.
  • This role will work with patients in our Mood & Anxiety Program, while also offering the opportunity to be cross-trained within our specialty programs and services: Trauma, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Mental Health and Substance Use.

Responsibilities

  • Providing guidance and support to patients and family members to help promote goals and encourage patients progress through the program.
  • Provides couples' therapy for patients and their partners
  • Providing individual support to patients as needed.

Requirements

  • Have experience with patients in crisis, ideally prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting

Nice to have

  • 1+ years clinical work experience post-Master's (strongly preferred)

Compensation

  • $55,000 - $90,000 USD
