Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends, and the later shift during the week.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
Nice to have
- Listen with empathy and professionalism to resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with techs and office teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keep precise records of interactions, and proactively suggest additional services when appropriate.
- You bring 1+ year in customer service-experience in home services, repairs, or tech is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills come naturally.
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- You embrace our tools and values-familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus (training provided!).
Compensation
- $19 - 22 per hour
