- Creates, maintains, and coordinates service orders and construction work orders • Dispatches service crews, as needed, to handle and restore service to consumers, including power outages and other problems • Dispatch and receive radio transmission from field crews to coordinate assignments for power outage situations, service calls, and logging lockout tag
