Responsibilities
- Perform effective monitoring of equipment performance.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various facilities equipment systems, (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, High Purity Water, Wastewater, etc.)
- Support and assist with shutdown planning and execution.
- Maintain and stay current with SOP requirements and compliance.
- ADI) designs and manufactures semiconductor products and solutions.
- We are looking for a talented Facilities Technician who will be responsible for providing comprehensive facility maintenance, repair and services on building components and systems for offices, R&D
Requirements
- Overtime required as needed, including holidays.
- Must be able to work at various heights and limited crawl spaces.
Skills
- Technical trade training or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of Facilities Maintenance related experience
- Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes and practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be successful in a fast-paced and changing environment.

- Must be able to interpret detailed plans, specifications, operating manuals, and other written materials associated with trade.
- Mass State Grade 2 Wastewater Licens e must be obtained within one year of employment
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
