About the role
- You'll be the primary product owner for the RCM platform.
- You define what gets built, why, and how it connects to real workflows inside hospitals and health systems.
- Full Time position requires working 3 days a week in our Mountain View office (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, and a proven ability to manage complex technology projects across functional boundaries.
- Own the RCM product roadmap end-to-end.
- You'll work directly alongside clinicians, billers, and operations leads, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you ship and what it changes is immediate.
- Build for real workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product development of highly technical products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Experience with SQL and QA best practices is a must.
Nice to have
- Prior software engineering experience (1+ years)
- Experience managing other PMs or cross-functional teams
