Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Design Operations, Design Program Management, Product Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or a related discipline within a complex product or technology organization.
- A track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating strategy into priorities, decisions, and coordinated action.
- Exceptional systems thinking, operational judgment, and business acumen, with the ability to see across an organization, evaluate tradeoffs, and make data-informed resource and investment decisions.
Compensation
- Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
- $195,200 - $260,600
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
