Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' construction/manufacturing experience is required
  • Must have knowledge of carpentry, cabinetry, and/or millwork.
  • Proficiency in office-related software and equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal written, are required.
  • Knowledgeable and experience with architectural plans.
  • Proficient in AutoCad, Cabinet Vision and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously.

Compensation

  • From $75,000.00 per year

  • Strategize completion of projects for optimal efficiency within the constraints imposed by the customer.
  • Provide Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Installation departments with the information required to fulfill their responsibilities of the project and cooperate in necessary problem solving.
  • Include in-person "Kick-Off" Meetings with individual departments as necessary.
  • Request and obtain up to date Installation Dates from General Contractor teams & confirm accuracy with LCCM Install Supervisors.
  • Maintain Production and Installation schedules for all projects.
  • Attend the Weekly Planning Meeting to determine and understand the status and projected schedule of all LCCM projects.

  • Update all departments on the status of your assigned projects.
