About the role

  • You will explain difficult concepts and influence others.
  • You will work on extremely complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of process, risks, and controls.
  • This role involves working closely with senior IAM staff to ensure the security and efficiency of user access to systems and data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields
  • Knowledge of business concepts and information security tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
  • Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
  • Ability to adapt with evolving business decisions and technical improvements or limitations
  • Experience onboarding applications to IGA tools

Compensation

  • Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
