Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical sourcing, procurement, or supply chain in an electronics or hardware manufacturing environment, preferably with NPI exposure.
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, BOM structures, PCBA/PCB manufacturing, component lifecycle, alternates, cost drivers, quality risks, and supplier technologies.
  • Experience solving complex supply chain issues and driving actions to closure.
  • other engineering degrees considered with demonstrated deep understanding of electronic components.
  • Demonstrated tenacity, passion, and skill in negotiations and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • able to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and influence cross-functional relationships.
  • Direct purchasing experience for electronic components, PCB, and PCBA, and proficiency with planning and inventory parameters (e.g., MOQ, safety stock, CTB).

  • The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $180,000, plus bonuses and Pre-IPO equity.
