About the role

  • The Change Analyst is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and performance of change requests, change orders, and new product introductions (NPI).
  • They work to continuously refine these processes to improve performance.
  • They assist Manufacturing Engineering with analysis of key performance indicators for major changes to production.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of ECO and NPI processes, ERP and PLM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • May be required to alternate schedules to meet production goals.
  • Must be available to work weekends when needed.
  • Training in and experience with Lean manufacturing principles.

Compensation
