About the role
- The Change Analyst is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and performance of change requests, change orders, and new product introductions (NPI).
- They work to continuously refine these processes to improve performance.
- They assist Manufacturing Engineering with analysis of key performance indicators for major changes to production.

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of ECO and NPI processes, ERP and PLM systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- May be required to alternate schedules to meet production goals.
- Must be available to work weekends when needed.
- Training in and experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
Compensation
